Members are allowed to add their own personal touch to their home. You may paint, wallpaper, change out lighting fixtures, flooring or window treatments.

Each kitchen has an abundance of cabinets. Standard appliances include a raised dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, microwave and refrigerator.

Enjoy visiting with friends, read the paper or join the poetry group that meets in the Fireside Lounge. Or just sit and relax by the cozy fireplace in the winter.

Fully equipped kitchen for you to use and enjoy at no cost for your private party. Attend board meetings, potlucks, birthday celebrations or view weekly movie showings on the big screen TV.

Heated garage with car wash bay. Each member has an assigned parking stall with room for a storage cabinet in front of your vehicle.

If you enjoy gardening, we have both flower and vegetable beds in our backyard. Sit on the patio or swing and enjoy the beauty and peace and quiet.

The exercise room boasts many windows so you can enjoy the outdoors while staying fit and active by using one of the many pieces of exercise equipment, including treadmills, bikes, rowing machine, step machine, weight machine, and TV.

You will always find someone working on a project. If you need a tool to fix something in your home you are sure to find it there.

Social gatherings in the Great Room are abundant! Food and friends–it doesn't get any better!

Have a cup of coffee and catch up on the community news.

Once a month the "Breakfast Boys" cook and serve up pancakes, eggs, ham or sausage for members to enjoy. They even do the dishes!

Get together with others several times each week and enjoy a variety of card games, board games or cribbage–just to name a few.
